How to install a new keypad into a handset, Panasonic KX-TGA400b/200b

 If installing this key pad in a 200b handset the second and fourth rubber station buttons need to be cut off.  The keypad comes with all four rubber buttons for installing in a 400b handset.  The 200b handset does not have holes for the second and fourth position and uses only the first and third buttons.

   Disconnect and remove the battery. Remove the 2 screws under the battery cover. 

     Move back the cabinet.                                             

 Use small flat screwdriver.

      Move 1 screw - joint board and antenna.

   Lift up and slide the side board.
                       Remove the old keypad.
                       Clean the contact area of the board (if needed) , use alcohol.
                       Install the new keypad.
